Terms of Service

MICROSERVICE.md™ is operated by Koesion and is currently in public beta. It's free to use during this period. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we move toward a stable release — we'll announce material changes on the roadmap and by email if you're subscribed.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account per person or team seat — don't share credentials across unrelated organizations.

You own the microservice definitions, documentation, and diagrams you create. We don't claim any ownership over them. We need a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you (and to generate exports from it) purely to operate the product — we don't use it for any other purpose.

Generated files (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, runbooks, diagrams, context packs, and similar exports) are yours to use, modify, and distribute freely, including commercially.

The underlying MICROSERVICE.md file format is an open specification, published separately under the Apache 2.0 license at github.com/koesion/microservice-md. That license governs the specification itself. These Terms govern your use of this hosted wizard product — the two are independent, and you're free to use the open specification without ever using this product.

Don't use the product to store or generate unlawful content, attempt to circumvent rate limits or account limits, reverse-engineer the service to resell it, or interfere with other users' access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

The product is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. We aim for reliability but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we recommend keeping your own copies of anything critical (exports are designed to be portable for exactly this reason). To the extent permitted by law, Koesion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product.

We may update these terms as the product evolves, particularly at the transition out of beta. We'll update the date above when we do, and post material changes here.
